- Delta Offshore Energy PTE as Lead Onshore Counsel to the Sponsor on the development of a USD 4 billion integrated 3.2GW onshore LNG-to-power plant in Bac Lieu Province, Vietnam — the largest 100% privately funded and foreign-owned energy project in Vietnam. Responsible for the 25-year Power Purchase Agreement with EVN (the Vietnamese state utility), EPC structure and documentation, offshore LNG terminal, Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (FSRU) arrangements, pipeline agreements, LNG supply contracts, transmission line and grid connection agreements, Vietnam State Guarantees and Government Support Agreements, project financing documentation, and all regulatory and permitting matters throughout the project lifecycle.
