LETTERS OF INTENT/MEMORANDUMS OF UNDERSTANDING/TERM SHEETS
It is vital that these are professionally drafted at the outset as they set out the broad terms and framework which will dictate the terms of the detailed binding agreements to follow even although they may be non-binding.
